Gastrointestinal expert Prof. Dr. Dr. Badriul Hegar, PhD SpA (K) said that nutrition in early life is either given breast milk. The risk babies a little indigestion.
"Breast milk does not cause indigestion problems. Although the baby suddenly experiencing indigestion still love breast milk, infant formula should not be given," said Prof Hegar in immersion media workshop jointly Nutricia in Kuningan, South Jakarta, recently.
Several studies have shown, all of the nutrients in breast milk may help reduce the symptoms of indigestion. In fact, if the baby is given formula, a greater risk of experiencing gastrointestinal disorders, especially constipation.
"The use of infant formula could allow so bloating and constipation. Especially when coupled with solid foods at six months of age, the risk of illness more and more," he added.
Each parent must be sensitive to the problems of digestive disorders in infants. Digestion is one organ that supports children's growth to adulthood.
